The Court Improvement Program (CIP) is requesting proposals for training modules on topics including, but not limited to, multidisciplinary treatment teams (MDTs), child and family case plan, children’s attorneys/guardians ad litem, co-petitioning, the co-occurrence of domestic violence and child abuse, education of children in out-of-home care, and the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC). If you are interested in developing and/or presenting a training module, which will be made available to local court systems, please print and complete the form available below and either email it to Nikki Tennis at nikki.tennis@courtswv.gov or mail a hard copy to Nikki Tennis, AOC, Capitol Building 1, Room E-100, 1900 Kanawha Blvd. E., Charleston, WV 25305.
